90jale Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Obligations

Section 1

General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 90jale ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing access to and use of the website located at https://90jale.net and all associated services, games, sports betting markets, payment facilities, promotional offers, and customer support channels.

90jale reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

These Terms are written in English and the English text shall prevail in all circumstances. Any translation of these Terms provided for convenience does not carry legal weight and cannot be relied upon in any dispute.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable principles of online service agreements. 90jale operates as an entertainment platform and does not make representations regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the 90jale platform is lawful in their country or jurisdiction of residence before registering.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are registering as an individual in your own name and for your own personal use — not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or organisation.
• You are not acting as an agent for, or otherwise on behalf of, any other person for the purpose of gambling.
• You have not previously been excluded from the 90jale platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close relative of an employee of 90jale or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• You are not suffering from a known gambling addiction at the time of registration and are not using funds that are not rightfully yours.
• You understand that online gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit.

Age Verification

90jale employs age and identity verification procedures at registration and may at any point during your account's lifetime request supporting documentation to confirm your age, identity, or source of funds. Acceptable documents include national identity cards, passports, and recent utility bills or bank statements issued in Bangladesh. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by our support team may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Responsibility for Underage Access

If you are a parent or guardian and are concerned that a minor in your household may be accessing online gambling platforms, we strongly recommend installing parental control software on shared devices. 90jale does not accept liability for underage access that results from a player sharing their login credentials with a minor or failing to secure their device.

Section 3

Account Registration & Security

To access real-money games and betting markets on 90jale, you must complete the registration process and create a single player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number registered with your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket number, as applicable).

Accuracy of Registration Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate. Any deliberate misrepresentation of personal information — including providing a false date of birth to circumvent the 18+ age restriction — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, 90jale reserves the right to void all bets, cancel all bonuses, close the account, and withhold any funds held therein.

One Account Per Player

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 90jale username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials — including bets placed, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as authorised by you unless you have notified 90jale support in writing that your account has been compromised.

If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify 90jale at [email protected] immediately. We will suspend the account pending an investigation. 90jale accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to keep their login credentials secure.

Account Currency

All 90jale accounts are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). There is no option to hold or transact in any other currency. All deposits, game wagers, bonus amounts, winnings, and withdrawals are recorded and processed in BDT. 90jale does not apply any in-platform currency conversion, and no foreign exchange rate risk is incurred by players transacting in BDT via local payment methods.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

90jale supports a comprehensive range of Bangladeshi payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in BDT and are subject to the limits and processing times set out below. 90jale does not charge platform-side fees on standard BDT deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their own fee schedules.

Deposits

The minimum deposit on 90jale is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by 90jale, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 90jale wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to be credited during standard banking hours (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM BST, Sunday to Thursday).

You may only deposit funds using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made using a payment account belonging to another person — are not permitted and will be reversed. Any winnings generated from a third-party deposit may be voided.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of submission during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. 90jale targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests submitted before 8:00 PM BST.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

90jale applies KYC verification procedures in line with responsible platform operation. Players may be required to verify their identity before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or when the withdrawal amount exceeds ৳50,000. Required documents may include a national ID card, passport, and a screenshot or statement from the payment method used for deposit. Pending withdrawal requests will be held until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

Declined Transactions

90jale reserves the right to decline, reverse, or delay any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, the player will be notified via email and may be asked to provide additional documentation.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

90jale offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal campaigns. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are displayed at the point of offer acceptance and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above who have completed registration and, where applicable, identity verification.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts constitute bonus abuse.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement — a multiplier (e.g., 25x, 30x, 40x) specifying the total amount that must be wagered before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement is displayed clearly on the bonus offer page before you opt in.
• Bonuses must be wagered within the validity period stated on the offer. Any unused bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10–20%, and sports bets contribute 100% at minimum odds specified in the offer. The exact game contribution table is shown on the individual bonus terms page.

Bonus Abuse

Seasonal Promotions

90jale runs seasonal promotional campaigns aligned with key events in the Bangladeshi calendar, including BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Independence Day (March 26), and Victory Day (December 16). These campaigns are governed by their own specific terms, which will be published on the promotions page at the time of launch. General bonus rules apply in addition to any campaign-specific conditions.

Right to Withdraw Bonuses

90jale reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already accepted and in progress by a player will be honoured in accordance with the terms under which it was accepted, unless there is evidence of abuse or breach of these Terms.

Section 6

Game Rules & Fair Play

90jale's game library is powered by globally certified software providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a specific game's rules and these Terms, the game's published rules will govern in respect of gameplay mechanics, and these Terms will govern in all other respects.

Random Number Generators

All digital (non-live) casino games and slot titles on 90jale use certified random number generators (RNG) that are independently audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. RNG certification ensures that every game outcome is statistically random and independent of all previous results. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published on each game tile and are calculated over millions of game rounds — they are statistical averages and do not guarantee any outcome in a single session.

Live Casino

Live casino games are streamed from professional studios operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. These games use physical playing equipment — cards, roulette wheels, and dice — operated by trained dealers under controlled conditions. In the unlikely event of a technical malfunction during a live casino session, 90jale reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers placed during that round to the player's account. No compensation beyond the return of the wager will be provided for technical interruptions.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on 90jale cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, football, kabaddi, and other major sports. Odds are displayed in decimal format. 90jale reserves the right to suspend or void any betting market where: (a) an event is abandoned or significantly altered; (b) there is evidence of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns; (c) a pricing error has occurred. In cases where a market is voided, all stakes placed on that market will be returned to players' accounts.

Malfunctions

In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 90jale reserves the right to declare the affected game round or bet void and return the wager to the player. 90jale does not accept liability for any loss of winnings or other damages resulting from a technical malfunction outside of our reasonable control.

Section 7

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 90jale platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with these Terms and applicable law. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any KYC verification process.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or if you know that another person under 18 is using your account.
• Opening or operating more than one 90jale account simultaneously.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets or interact with any game on the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage, whether or not financial gain is achieved.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, dealers, or third parties in connection with live casino games or sports betting markets.
• Attempting to launder money through the platform or using deposited funds that are derived from criminal activity.
• Abusing, harassing, threatening, or using offensive language toward any member of the 90jale support team or other players in any shared game environment.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming tools including self-exclusion periods by registering a new account during a self-exclusion period.
• Charging back any payment or initiating any dispute with a payment provider in bad faith in connection with a genuine 90jale transaction.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 90jale platform — including but not limited to software, games, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and user interface designs — is the property of 90jale or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written authorisation from 90jale.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

90jale reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 90jale support.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing in connection with the account.
• Identification of a duplicate account in breach of the one-account policy.
• A player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• An account remaining inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a period of 12 consecutive months.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure for cause (i.e., as a result of a breach of these Terms), any bonus balances and associated wagering requirements will be immediately forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned to the player's verified payment method at 90jale's discretion, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and investigation. Where closure is the result of proven fraud, money laundering, or systematic abuse, 90jale reserves the right to retain all funds held in the account.

Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. 90jale will attempt to contact the registered email address before classifying an account as inactive. A monthly administration fee of ৳100 may be deducted from dormant account balances to cover maintenance costs, provided the balance permits. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and contacting support before the balance is depleted.

Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the 90jale platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. All promotional communications will be suspended for the duration of the exclusion.
